At DYU, we want to ensure your ride is perfect; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your electric bike or accessories within 14 days of delivery in original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all batteries, chargers, manuals, and tools that were included in the box.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location, or schedule a pickup for larger electric bike frames.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
